Structure

The team divides itself into two subteams: Build and Media.

Build Team:

• Programming Team

  • Programs and wires the robot

  • Captain of this team is a driver, usually controls the manipulator

• Building Team

  • Builds the robot

  • Captain of this team is Captain of Team 2191 and drives the robot

• Designing Team

  • Designs the robot, finding all dimensions

Media Team

• Captain of the Media Team oversees all subgroups

• Fundraising Team

• Organizes events

• Website Team

  • Updates the website and blog

• Finance Team

  • Manages finances

• Buttons and T-shirts Team

  • Records progress through photos and videos

  • Designs the buttons and t-shirts

• Writing Team

  • Writes award submissions

  • Communicates with sponsors and other companies
